"I was very pleased with their service when I brought in my Shark Navigator for repair. I had spoken with 3 other vacuum places and they said my vacuum was basically a throw away item and not worth fixing. True, I've had it for 6 years of dependable service, but I thought it could be repaired. The staff at All Vac was able to repair and make it good as new. Plus I saved around $200 by not listening to the other shops and talked into buying a new vacuum cleaner. The Plano location is fast, dependable, reasonably priced, and reliable for any repairs. I will return if I ever have a problem with any of my vacuum cleaners. "
